hi guys... really love the possibility of working with our voice, verity! could we do it tomorrow, please? and if it can’t be a chanting, i’m very happy to work with our voice in any other way, sound exciting… we may find something interesting their to work on.

also, shall each of us prepare an exercise / bring an image / idea to do with our body as a way of looking for material?

i’m really eager to start working with our bodies and also of having a physical presence during performance, something that we’ve got in mind for the last one.

in my case, physicality, body presence and potentials, became prominent again during simon’s workshop and then again while reading the manifesto for performative research.

even if we won’t have anything prepared, still would like we try exploring the questions we’ve got so far through our body and our voice.

i’ll bring the laptop tomorrow, took lots of pictures when we were in the cemetery; they could aid us if we prefer to work from a digital image instead.

louise: how about bringing some music? different genres would be great so we could play with it in relation to our bodies / voice.

wish you still would like to work with the body (voice included) as we’ve got this great possibility of a space just for us…xx andrea
